Job Title: Project Manager – EHV & HT Electrical Projects (GIS / AIS)

Location: Thane, Maharashtra

About the Role:

We are hiring a Project Manager – EHV & HT Electrical with robust hands-on experience in the execution and management of 220kV and above EHV substations (GIS & AIS) and HT electrical works. This role is ideal for professionals from the electrical contracting or EPC sector who have delivered turnkey substation and transmission projects with leading utilities or private players.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage 220kV and above EHV projects including GIS (Gas Insulated Substations) and AIS (Air Insulated Substations).
- Handle execution of HT electrical works including cable laying, terminations, and related infrastructure.
- Plan, schedule, and supervise all phases of project execution – from site mobilization to commissioning.
- Review and approve electrical designs, SLDs, BOQs, and technical documents.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, vendors, and statutory authorities for smooth project execution.




- Monitor project progress, cost control, billing, and ensure quality and safety compliance.
- Lead site teams, subcontractors, and supervise day-to-day site activities and resources.
- Coordinate testing & commissioning activities of electrical equipment including switchgear, transformers, and protection systems.
- Ensure timely submission of project reports, drawings, and documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
- Experience: 10–12 years in EHV (220kV and above) & HT project execution.
- Proven experience in both GIS and AIS substations is mandatory.
- Strong exposure to HT systems (11kV/33kV), cable systems, and industrial connections.
- Sound knowledge of electrical standards (IS/IEC), safety codes, and regulatory norms.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and teams across different sites.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Background:

- Prior experience in electrical contracting/EPC companies handling utility and industrial substation projects.
- Familiarity with projects for clients like MSETCL, PGCIL, Adani, TATA Power, L&T;, Siemens, etc.
- Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Thane or nearby areas.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
