ROLE PURPOSE The Project Engineer is responsible for supporting the execution and monitoring of construction projects by ensuring quality, timeline adherence, and coordination between contractors, consultants, and the client team. The role focuses on site supervision, technical verification, and disciplined reporting aligned with project management standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Execution & Site Supervision

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site
- Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project plans
- Monitor progress of civil, structural, and finishing work
- Ensure contractor work complies with project timelines and quality standards

Quality Control

- Inspect materials and workmanship at site
- Ensure adherence to approved drawings and technical specifications
- Report quality deviations and coordinate corrective actions with contractors

Coordination & Communication

- Coordinate with contractors, architects, structural consultants, and project stakeholders
- Assist the Project Manager in resolving site issues and execution bottlenecks
- Ensure transparent communication between site teams and management

Project Monitoring & Reporting

- Maintain daily and weekly site progress reports
- Track project milestones and update the Project Manager on delays or risks
- Support preparation of progress reports for client review meetings

Documentation

- Maintain site records including drawings,



approvals, and site instructions
- Ensure documentation of inspections, site instructions, and contractor submissions
- Support preparation of measurement records and work completion verification

Safety & Compliance

- Ensure adherence to site safety guidelines
- Report safety violations or risks immediately
- Promote disciplined site practices and compliance with construction standards

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Education - Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

Experience - 8–15 years of experience in construction project execution or site supervision

Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use real estate projects preferred.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Strong understanding of construction drawings and site execution
- Knowledge of civil construction processes and materials
- Basic project planning and coordination capability
- Good communication and site coordination skills
- Ability to prepare structured site reports

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS The Project Engineer will be evaluated on:

- Site execution discipline and supervision quality
- Timely reporting and documentation
- Coordination with contractors and consultants
- Adherence to project timelines and quality standards

WORK ENVIRONMENT

- Primarily site-based role
- May involve travel between project locations
- Requires regular interaction with contractors and project stakeholders

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹99,000.00 per month
