Project Incharge - Buildings (Government Projects) | Karnataka

Bhavishya Business Corp Private limited is looking for an experienced Project Incharge to lead and manage large-scale building construction projects across Karnataka.

Key Responsibilities

Overall project execution, planning, monitoring, and timely completion of building projects.

Coordinate with Government Departments, Consultants, Architects, and Clients.

Manage site teams, subcontractors, and project resources.

Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and contractual requirements.

Monitor project budgets, billing, and progress reports.

Handle RCC, Finishing, MEP coordination, and project close-out activities.

Liaise with Government authorities for approvals and compliance matters.

Desired Candidate Profile

B.E./B.Tech (Civil Engineering).

15-20 years of experience in Building Construction Projects.

Minimum 8+ years of experience in handling Government / PSU / Institutional Building Projects.





Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, billing, contracts, quality, and safety management.

Experience in Hospitals, Medical Colleges, Airports, Educational Institutions, Government Buildings, or Commercial Projects preferred.

Robust leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Willing to work across project locations in Karnataka.
