Project Manager – Interior Design & Architecture

Qualification: B.Arch / Diploma or Degree in Interior Designing / Architecture

Avenir Design Studio is looking for a Project Manager with a background in Interior Designing or Architecture to manage and coordinate interior design and architectural projects from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor projects from start to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, interior designers, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, timelines, and progress reports.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed within the agreed timeline and quality standards.
- Coordinate drawings, designs, BOQs, material requirements, and project-related documentation.
- Follow up with vendors, contractors, and team members for timely execution.
- Conduct regular project follow-ups and identify potential delays or issues.
- Maintain proper records of project updates, revisions, and client requirements.




- Ensure effective communication between all stakeholders throughout the project.

Requirements
- Qualification in Interior Designing, Architecture, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in project coordination/management.
- Good knowledge of interior design and architectural processes.
- Solid coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel; knowledge of AutoCAD or other design software will be an advantage.
- Good command of English and professional communication skills.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
