? Experience: 8+ Years

- ServiceNow Discovery
- Service Mapping
- Event Management
- CMDB
- Operational Intelligence (Preferred)

✅ Manage ServiceNow and SolarWinds integrations, ensuring seamless monitoring, event management, and CMDB data synchronization

✅ Own project planning, governance, stakeholder management, budgeting, risk mitigation, and executive reporting

✅ Collaborate with infrastructure teams, architects, platform owners, vendors, and business stakeholders

Required Skills

? ServiceNow ITOM Suite

? CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management

? SolarWinds Orion Platform Integration

? IntegrationHub & Flow Designer

? REST/SOAP APIs & MID Servers

? ITIL & ITSM Practices





? Project Management (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid)

Preferred

✔ Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP

✔ Exposure to AIOps and Observability solutions

✔ Knowledge of Dynatrace, Splunk, SCOM, AppDynamics, or Nagios

✔ CMDB Transformation Programs
