Project Manager – App Development

Salary: ₹40,000 per month

Job Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in App Development and Technology to oversee and coordinate a new technology-driven project.

The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, highly organised and proactive, with the ability to coordinate with developers, designers, vendors and other stakeholders and take projects from planning through execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate closely with the app development and technology team.
- Track development milestones, timelines and deliverables.
- Follow up with vendors and ensure agreed timelines are met.
- Understand product requirements and communicate them clearly to the development team.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before new features and releases go live.
- Maintain the product roadmap and prioritised task list.
- Coordinate with designers, developers and external partners.
- Set up and manage day-to-day operational processes for the app.
- Coordinate organiser onboarding and event listing processes.
- Ensure event information is accurate, complete and updated.
- Support launch strategy, partnerships and growth initiatives.
- Prepare weekly progress reports and dashboards.
- Research competitors, market trends and new opportunities.
- Identify problems proactively and work towards practical solutions.
- Take ownership of projects from idea through execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Experience in Project Management, Product Management, App Development, Startup Operations, Digital Marketing, Founder’s Office or Agency/Client Management.
- Good understanding of app development processes; programming/development experience is not mandatory.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organisational and follow-up skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proactive and comfortable working independently.
- Comfortable coordinating with vendors, partners, organisers and customers.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced and evolving environment.

Preferred Experience working with a startup or early-stage company will be an advantage.
