Role Description

This is a full time on-site role for a Project Leader in Cabin Retrofit Engineering (ATA 25 & 92) at Akkodis in Hamburg, Germany.

The Project

Leader will be responsible for day-to-day project management, engineering, planning, and execution of cabin retrofit projects related to aircraft cabin furnishings. The role will involve coordinating with transnational teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Qualifications

- Communication and Project Management skills

- Project Engineering and Project Planning expertise

- Engineering drawing knowledge, CATIA V5, CCD, Service Bulletins

- Experience in design projects on aircraft cabin interiors is a plus

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Excellent leadership and team management skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field with 10 - 15 years experience

- Minimum 3 years experience in leading a team engineers in design projects and/or cabin retrofit engineering.
