Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager / Delivery Lead with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (ERP) to lead end-to-end ERP implementation and consulting projects.

The ideal candidate will have 9+ years of experience in enterprise software consulting, implementation, or IT project management, with proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Microsoft Dynamics NAV and the ability to manage both technical and functional teams while owning client relationships and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Team Leadership

- Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP implementation projects from requirement gathering through go-live and post-implementation support.
- Manage and mentor cross-functional Business Central functional and technical consultants.
- Own project planning, scope definition, milestones, resource allocation, budgets, and risk management.
- Conduct regular project reviews, status meetings, and stakeholder reporting.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Client & Stakeholder Management

- Act as the primary client point of contact throughout the Business Central implementation lifecycle.
- Lead requirement-gathering and discovery sessions and translate business requirements into actionable ERP solutions and project plans.
- Manage client expectations and build strong, long-term relationships.
- Oversee UAT planning, user sign-off, training, go-live, and post-implementation support.

Functional & Technical Oversight

- Review and validate Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central configurations, customizations, integrations, and technical deliverables.




- Work closely with functional and technical teams to resolve complex ERP issues.
- Ensure solution quality, documentation, development standards, and implementation best practices.
- Coordinate Business Central upgrades, deployments, integrations, data migration, and system enhancements.

What We Are Looking For
- 9+ years of experience in ERP implementation, enterprise software consulting, or IT project management.
- Mandatory experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
- Proven experience leading full-cycle Microsoft Business Central ERP implementations.
- Strong techno-functional understanding of Business Central ERP.
- Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, solution scoping, project planning, and delivery.
- Excellent client-facing, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously.
- No travel restrictions.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV modules and implementations.
- Experience with ERP integrations and third-party systems.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience in pre-sales, solution scoping, proposals, and client presentations.
- Experience managing distributed or cross-functional technical and functional teams.
