Job Purpose

Project coordinator for Current Product Management under the guidance of the Program Manager. He assists the Program Manager in delivering the responsibility for - Maintaining the CPM Master data- file up-to-date, Coordinating in Leading all the CPM CFT forums, Monitoring and Controlling the CPM profiles at each CPM Stage,



Publishing the attendance of CFT members, Preparing and presenting Weekly data of Profiles for Finance Approval, Updating the Profiles closure data in CPM ASIST tool etc.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain CPM Master File

Indicate the Profiles Delivery milestones and monitor them on weekly basis, documenting delays with reasons

Prepare for Core Team, Functional reviews and HOD Review meeting

Prepare and present weekly data for IPC approval

Constantly communicate with team members to align them with CPM Measure of Average Closed TTF of 120 days for each profile

Experience Required

10+ years of Project Coordination experience in an Automotive Manufacturing OEM, preferably Tractors

Preferred Qualifications

B.Tech (Mechanical / Agricultural); Diploma in mechanical
