Role & responsibilities

1. Coordinate with the team for Centre setup, establishment as per guideline organizing inauguration, team building (Hiring), & Batches Creation, etc.
2. Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all projects are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
3. Prepare &submit; Utilization Certificate files of batches.
4. Planning and conducting TOT for improving the quality of existing trainers
5. Ensure timely trainees assessments and evaluation
6. Liaisoning & coordination with Skill & Livelihoods Development Corporation authorities.
7. Carrying out awareness generation programs in the projects in the project areas, organizing campaigns related to employment, skill development.
8. Responsible for takingthe necessary initiatives to run the project in the state.
9. Data validations & uploads on the portal
10. Representing Org. at various platforms as and when required.

Ensure timely mobilization
12. Timely execution of the project as per PPWS
13. Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
14. Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
15. Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
16. Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
17. Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients.
18. Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
