Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and control production activities to meet customer requirements on time.
- Ensure quality standards are met by monitoring productivity levels and implementing process improvements.
- Oversee daily operations of the production department, including scheduling, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to source raw materials at competitive prices.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in manufacturing processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 8-12 years of experience in heavy fabrication or heavy engineering industry.
- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Solid understanding of fabrication techniques, welding processes, and material science.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders.
