TRIPLE7 IT DIGITAL PVT LTD is looking for an experienced Project Head – Mobility & Transportation Technologyto manage end-to-end technology projects in the transportation, mobility, ride-hailing, logistics, delivery, or fleet-management industry.

Industry experience is mandatory. Candidates without relevant Transportation / Mobility / Logistics / Delivery technology experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end technology projects from planning to implementation
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate development, product, operations, business, and management teams
- Manage clients, stakeholders, and project communication
- Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Manage team allocation, priorities, and performance
- Ensure timely and quality project delivery
- Handle project escalations and operational challenges
- Prepare project reports, KPIs, and management updates
- Understand mobility and transportation business workflows
- Work with product and technical teams on platform improvements
- Take complete ownership of project delivery

Requirements
- Mandatory experience in Transportation, Mobility, Ride-Hailing, Logistics, Delivery, or Fleet Management technology
- Experience managing projects and/or leading teams
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills
- Good understanding of technology products and software development
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills




- Ability to take complete ownership of project delivery

Preferred Industry Experience Experience with Ride-Hailing, Cab Aggregators, Mobility Platforms, Fleet Management, Logistics, Last-Mile Delivery, Food/Package Delivery, Booking & Dispatch, or Transportation SaaS will be highly relevant.

Experience with platforms such as Uber, Careem, Ola, Rapido, Lyft, Bolt, Porter, or similar companies will be an advantage.
