- B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).

- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing building construction projects.

- Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office.

- In-depth knowledge of local building regulations and safety standards.

- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

- Manage and oversee commercial building projects from start to finish.

- Prepare project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.

- Lead and supervise site engineers, contractors, and labor teams.

- Ensure construction quality as per approved drawings and specifications.

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, suppliers, and clients.

- Monitor daily progress and resolve site-related issues quickly.

- Maintain strict cost control and ensure projects are completed within budget.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management.
