Job Summary The Project Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and ensuring the successful execution of solar PV projects from site survey through installation and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate solar project execution according to approved designs and timelines.
- Review site survey reports, drawings, system designs, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with Site Surveyors, Installation Teams, Electricians, Vendors, and Customers.
- Supervise solar panel, inverter, structure, cabling, earthing, and other installation activities.
- Ensure installation is carried out according to approved technical specifications and safety standards.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned projects.




- Identify and resolve technical issues encountered during project execution.
- Verify material requirements and coordinate with the stores/procurement team.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality of workmanship.
- Coordinate electrical connections, testing, commissioning, and system handover.
- Ensure proper documentation of project activities, photographs, test reports, and completion reports.
- Communicate project status, delays, and technical issues to management.
- Coordinate with the customer throughout the project execution process.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, electrical standards, and safety requirements.
- Support the team in resolving post-installation technical issues when required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
