Key Responsibility:

Candidate will be responsible for handling and managing the Internal Control System (ICS) for organic farming projects and coordinating with farmers at the field level.Main Duties:

- Manage and maintain ICS documentation and records

- Coordinate with farmers for organic certification compliance

- Conduct farmer meetings, trainings, and field visits

- Monitor organic farming practices as per standards

- Support farmer verification, inspection, and data collection

- Procurement of organic crops from ICS farmers and coordination for aggregation

- Ensure proper record keeping and reporting of field activities

Requirements:

- B.Sc. Agriculture preferred

- 2 - 5 years of experience in the organic farming field / organic projects will be preferred

- Candidates having experience in organic farming projects and ICS management will be given preference.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
