MAX PROPERTIES PVT. LTD. is looking for an experienced Project Engineer / Site Incharge to manage and supervise construction projects from execution to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Supervise civil, structural and finishing works.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Plan and monitor project schedules, manpower and materials.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and subcontractors.
- Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and resolve site issues.
- Check measurements, quantities and material requirements.
- Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Manage site teams and provide technical guidance.
- Report project progress and issues to management.
Requirements:
- Experience: 10–15 years in construction/project execution.
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Strong knowledge of residential/commercial construction.
- Excellent site supervision and team management skills.
- Positive coordination, planning and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work at project sites.
