About the Company

We are an EV Charging Infrastructure Development company involved in the planning, development, installation, and execution of EV charging stations and associated electrical infrastructure.

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer to manage and coordinate electrical infrastructure development projects, particularly projects involving KSEB approvals, electrical connections, site coordination, and execution of EV charging infrastructure.

KSEB Retired Assistant Engineers (Retd. AE) are strongly preferred and encouraged to apply.

Candidates with previous experience as a KSEB Assistant Engineer / Retired Assistant Engineer will have a significant advantage, particularly those with practical knowledge of:

- KSEB procedures and electrical infrastructure requirements
- Electrical service connections and related documentation
- KSEB inspections and site coordination
- Electrical safety and statutory requirements
- Coordination with KSEB offices and field-level personnel
- Preparation, verification, and submission of technical documents
- Electrical infrastructure planning and execution

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the development of EV charging station electrical infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with KSEB offices, engineers, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.




- Handle KSEB-related applications, technical documentation, inspections, approvals, and connection-related processes.
- Conduct site visits and assess electrical infrastructure requirements for EV charging stations.
- Coordinate electrical works including transformers, HT/LT systems, cables, panels, metering, earthing, and associated infrastructure.
- Review electrical drawings, estimates, specifications, and project requirements.
- Monitor project execution and ensure work is completed according to approved technical specifications and timelines.
- Supervise contractors and electrical teams at project sites.
- Identify technical issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with applicable KSEB regulations, electrical safety standards, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, approvals, and site records.
- Coordinate multiple project activities and provide regular progress updates to management.

Candidate Profile We are particularly interested in candidates who have:
- Previous experience with KSEB as an Assistant Engineer (AE) – Retired Assistant Engineer (Retd. AE).
- Strong practical knowledge of KSEB electrical procedures and field operations.
- Experience in electrical infrastructure projects, construction, power distribution, or related areas.




- Good understanding of HT/LT electrical systems and electrical distribution infrastructure.
- Ability to independently coordinate with government utilities and external stakeholders.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Kerala as required.

Preferred Candidates Priority will be given to:

- KSEB Retired Assistant Engineers (Retd. AE)
- Former KSEB Assistant Engineers with strong field experience
- Experienced Electrical Engineers with substantial KSEB coordination experience
- Electrical professionals experienced in power distribution and infrastructure projects
