About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer with strong hands-on experience in commercial interior fit-out projects, particularly in carpet flooring, doors and partitions.
The candidate will be responsible for site execution, coordination, quality, progress monitoring and timely completion of interior works.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise day-to-day commercial interior fit-out site activities.
- Execute and monitor carpet flooring, doors, glass partitions and other partition works.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, consultants and clients at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed as per schedule.
- Check site measurements, material requirements and work completion.
- Coordinate with the design and project teams for drawings, revisions and site requirements.
- Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower and materials at site.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
- Support project handover and snag rectification activities.
Mandatory Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Hands-on experience in carpet flooring works is mandatory.
- Experience in doors and partitions is mandatory/preferred.
- Strong knowledge of site execution and interior finishing works.
- Good understanding of drawings, measurements and BOQ.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Must be willing and ready to travel to different project locations as required.
- Candidates should be comfortable working at project sites and travelling across South India.
Education Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Willingness to travel is a critical requirement for this position. Candidates who are not comfortable with project-based travel are not suitable for this role.
Pay: ₹240,607.22 - ₹797,751.41 per year
