? Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer – Civil / Finishes with 8+ years of experience to manage and supervise civil construction, finishing, renovation, and maintenance activities for hospital projects.

? Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage civil and finishing works at the hospital project site.
- Handle masonry, plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, waterproofing, false ceiling, partitions, doors, and other finishing works.
- Review and interpret civil drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and hospital departments.
- Monitor project progress, quality, timelines, and execution.
- Manage contractors, manpower, materials, measurements, and work schedules.

• Coordinate civil works with MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire & safety, and medical infrastructure teams .

- Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed at the site.




- Prepare daily/weekly project progress reports and maintain documentation.
- Monitor contractor bills, quantities, material requirements, and project costs.
- Handle renovation and modification works while ensuring minimum disruption to hospital operations.

- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to independently manage site execution and project activities.
