We are looking for an experienced and technically sound Project Engineer – Civil to oversee and coordinate the planning and execution of projects at various locations across India.

The candidate will be responsible for regular visits to project sites, coordination with government clients and other stakeholders, project planning, monitoring execution, and ensuring that projects are completed as per the approved plan, quality standards, and timelines.

This position involves extensive travel to different project locations across India. Therefore, the candidate must be comfortable with frequent and extended travel as required by project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit and regularly monitor project sites at different locations across India.
- Coordinate with government clients, departmental officials, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders at the concerned project sites.
- Understand project requirements, site conditions, scope of work, and execution requirements.
- Prepare and implement project plans, schedules, and execution strategies for projects at different locations.
- Monitor day-to-day progress of projects and ensure execution is carried out as per the approved plan and schedule.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, quality, manpower, materials, equipment, and overall site performance.
- Ensure timely execution and completion of projects within the planned timeline.
- Identify site-level issues, delays, technical challenges, and coordination gaps and take appropriate corrective action.
- Coordinate with internal teams and site personnel to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, contractual requirements, and applicable standards.
- Monitor the quality and progress of civil and associated construction activities.




- Review work schedules and provide regular updates on project progress to management.
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors regarding work planning, resource deployment, and execution.
- Assist in resolving technical and operational issues arising during project execution.
- Maintain proper site visit reports, progress reports, photographs, documentation, and other project records.
- Monitor project requirements for manpower, materials, machinery, and other resources.
- Ensure effective coordination between the company, government authorities, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Travel to project locations as and when required and remain available for site inspections and project-related coordination.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure their successful, timely, and efficient execution.

Required Qualification & Experience
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in civil engineering and project execution.
- Candidates must have practical/site experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Road construction and infrastructure projects
- Road/bay extension works
- Transmission line construction
- Electrical substation construction and associated civil works
- Petrol pump construction and development
- Pipeline construction and associated civil works
- Similar infrastructure and construction projects

Preferred Experience Candidates with hands-on experience in petrol pump construction, pipeline construction, road/bay extension, transmission line,



or substation-related projects will be given higher preference.

Experience in projects involving government departments/PSUs and coordination with government officials at project sites will be an added advantage.

- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word; knowledge of AutoCAD/project management tools will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with internal and external teams.

The Project Engineer will be expected to:
- Ensure projects are executed as per plan and within the committed timeline.
- Maintain regular presence and monitoring at project sites.
- Ensure effective coordination with government clients and project stakeholders.
- Identify potential delays and issues proactively and take corrective measures.
- Maintain proper project documentation and reporting.
- Ensure productive utilization of project resources.
- Maintain required quality and execution standards.
- Support the company in achieving successful and timely project completion.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
