Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Engineer – Civil to manage and execute large-scale building construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in project execution, site management, planning, quality control, billing and coordination with consultants, contractors and clients.

- Manage end-to-end execution of large-scale civil construction projects from commencement to completion and report to the Project Manager.
- Plan, monitor and control project activities to ensure timely completion within approved budget and quality standards.
- Supervise civil construction works including structural, architectural and finishing activities.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors and project stakeholders.
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQs and construction methodologies and ensure proper implementation at site.
- Ensure effective utilization of manpower, materials, machinery and other resources.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the QA/QC team to ensure required quality standards are maintained.
- Ensure compliance with project safety procedures and statutory requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and review progress, quality and productivity.
- Prepare and review project reports,



progress reports and other relevant documentation.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure work is completed as per agreed timelines and specifications.
- Ensure timely completion, testing, commissioning and handover of the project.

Required Skills & Experience
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in civil construction/project execution.
- Must have independently handled or significantly contributed to at least 2–3 large building projects.
- Experience with projects having a value of approximately ₹100–150 Crores.
- Experience in one or more of the following sectors: Healthcare / Hospital Projects, Residential Projects, Commercial Projects, Industrial Projects.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve site-level technical issues.
- Valuable communication and reporting skills.
- Strong focus on quality, safety, productivity and timely project completion.

Preferred Candidate Profile: Education: B.Tech / B.E. – Civil Engineering

Experience: 8–10 Years

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month
