nLooking for a Privacy & Compliance Specialist with 8+ years of experience. The role focuses on building privacy governance frameworks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting privacy-by-design across the organization.

- Design and deliver privacy training for both technical and non-technical teamsn
- Conduct organization-wide privacy awareness programs and workshopsn
- Create educational content on privacy principles, regulations, and best practicesn
- Conduct periodic Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and ensure compliance across applicationsn
- Maintain and enhance privacy frameworks, methodologies, and governance practicesn
- Identify privacy risks and drive mitigation actions with stakeholdersn
- Develop and deliver privacy training programs for technical and non-technical teamsn
- Conduct organization-wide awareness sessions and track training effectivenessn
- Implement and maintain GDPR and global privacy compliance measuresn
- Ensure adherence to China PII and other regional regulations while monitoring evolving lawsn
- Partner with Legal teams for policy approvals and align privacy requirements with business needsn
- Communicate privacy expectations and resolve issues while maintaining audit documentationn
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Security, and Business teams to drive enterprise-wide privacy initiativesn
