nAbout the Role
nWe are seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Backend) to design and deliver complex features for our SaaS product platforms. As a senior member of a collaborative pod, you will own features end‐to‐end—leveraging AI tools across the development lifecycle to ensure high‐quality outcomes. This role combines technical leadership, hands‐on backend development, and mentoring, with a strong focus on scalability, performance, and innovation.

nWhat You'll Do

- Lead the design and implementation of complex backend features with a DevOps mindset.n
- Collaborate with Technical PMs to translate product requirements into detailed technical specifications.n
- Use AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Windsurf, etc.) to accelerate development and validation.n
- Review AI‐generated and peer code for correctness, security, and performance.n
- Ensure comprehensive test coverage and drive improvements in AI‐assisted development practices.n




- Design and implement REST APIs following established patterns.n
- Build scalable SaaS applications using Java, JSP, Node.js, and XML technologies.n
- Support both UI and backend services within your pod's domain.n
- Mentor engineers on effective AI usage, specification writing, and code review practices.n
- Share knowledge across pods and contribute to workflow optimization.n

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience).n
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing scalable SaaS software.n
- Solid backend development skills with Java, JSP, Node.js, XML.n
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS/Sass, Angular, React, TypeScript/JavaScript.n
- Solid understanding of SQL databases (SQL Server, MySQL).n
- Experience with REST API design and source control (Git).n
- Hands‐on experience with AI coding assistants.n
- Strong collaboration, communication, and code review sk
