About the Role

The candidate will support project planning, coordination, documentation, and communication across internal teams while ensuring projects progress smoothly and meet defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and tracking project activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
- Maintain project trackers, schedules, documentation, and status reports.
- Follow up with team members on task progress, dependencies, and deadlines.
- Support preparation of project presentations, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Schedule and coordinate internal and client meetings.
- Communicate project updates and action items to relevant stakeholders.
- Identify delays, risks, or dependencies and escalate them to the appropriate team.
- Maintain accurate project records and ensure documentation is up to date.
