Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support the implementation and monitoring of our skilling projects. The role involves field coordination, trainer and candidate management, batch monitoring, stakeholder coordination, documentation, and project reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate on-ground project activities and stakeholder identification.
- Support project location preparation and assess on-ground requirements and challenges.
- Identify, screen, and coordinate trainers as per project requirements.
- Coordinate candidate mobilization, batch planning, and training preparation.
- Maintain batch-wise candidate data and ensure proper documentation.
- Monitor ongoing batches through field visits, daily reports, and regular follow-ups with trainers and candidates.
- Ensure adherence to project SOPs and maintain trackers and reports.
- Coordinate project events, activities, and batch-level engagements.
- Maintain project documentation and records for review and audit.




- Conduct frequent visits to assigned project locations to monitor quality and support smooth implementation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, trainers, candidates, local stakeholders, and project partners.

Required Skills

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in project coordination, skilling, training, CSR, NGO, or related fields.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Strong follow-up and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines.
- Willingness to travel frequently to project locations.
- Experience in skill development or field-based projects will be preferred.

Education BSW / MSW preferred. Candidates with relevant experience in project coordination or skilling may also be considered.
