Job Overview

NS Ventures is looking for a Project Coordinator cum Script Writer to manage and coordinate drone shoots and video production projects for real estate clients across India.

The role combines project coordination, shoot planning, vendor communication, content development, script writing, and video production coordination.The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, a strong communicator, and comfortable managing multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, schedule, and coordinate drone shoots for real estate projects across India.
- Coordinate with drone pilots, video editors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage shoot schedules, locations, requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Identify and coordinate with suitable drone pilots and production vendors as required.
- Maintain an updated database of drone pilots and vendors across different cities.
- Prepare and maintain project trackers, shoot schedules, delivery timelines, and related documentation.
- Develop scripts and video concepts for real estate and property projects.
- Understand project details, property features, USPs, target audience, and video objectives to create relevant content.
- Structure scripts according to property highlights, key selling points, available footage, and overall video objectives.
- Support storyboarding and shot planning for property and drone videos.
- Coordinate with video editors to ensure scripts and creative requirements are effectively reflected in the final videos.
- Review and refine scripts based on creative feedback and project requirements.
- Track projects from shoot planning and execution through final video delivery.
- Follow up with stakeholders regarding pending tasks,



revisions, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or operational issues.
- Communicate project updates, timelines, and issues to the relevant team members and management.
- Coordinate with teams and vendors working across different cities in India.
- Assist in resolving coordination and production-related issues to keep projects on schedule.
- Maintain accurate project records and provide regular status updates.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, media coordination, script writing, content, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Good script writing, storytelling, and content structuring skills.
- Solid planning, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with creative, technical, and operational teams.
- Basic understanding of video production, videography, or drone shoots.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, spreadsheets, or project tracking tools.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate with people and vendors across different cities.
- Willingness to travel or coordinate with teams across India when required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
