Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain project execution plans, schedules, cost controls, and estimates.

- Prepare progress reports, variation analysis, and mitigation plans for management.

- Monitor project performance, costs, productivity, resources, and timelines.

- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and change controls.

- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.

- Ensure projects are delivered within defined timelines, scope, and budget.

- Support Senior Project Personnel in all Project Controls activities.

- Maintain project documentation and ensure effective document control.

- Coordinate Engineering, Procurement &
- Construction (EPC) activities.

- Identify project risks, analyze issues, and develop corrective/mitigation plans.

Required Skills &

- Experience:





- 10 - 12 years of relevant experience in Project Controls, preferably with site project exposure.

- Experience handling projects with an investment/value of 10 Crores or above.

- Strong knowledge of Project Scheduling, Cost Control, Cost Estimation &
- Progress Reporting

.

- Hands-on experience with Engineering, Procurement &

- Construction (EPC) cycles

.

- Knowledge of MS Office, Project Control Software and ERP systems.

- Solid analytical, organizational, communication, and people-management skills.

- Good understanding of construction practices, procurement, and vendor management.

- Experience with Owner/Client organizations or Engineering Companies preferred.
