Your key responsibilities

- Solid grounding in public policy, development practice, or management with the ability to support DMF/PMKKKY program implementation in government settings. Experience in preparing SOPs, guidelines, and compliance frameworks for district-level planning, monitoring, and fund utilization. Ability to support need assessments, participatory planning, and identification of mining-affected areas and communities using structured analytical approaches. Proficiency in developing DPRs, estimates, standard designs, and documentation aligned to applicable government codes, GFR, and PMKKKY requirements. Capable of compiling, analyzing, and maintaining program data, and producing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, briefs, and presentations.

Skills and attributes To qualify for the role you must have
- Masters in development or social work

Experience
- Social Development Specialist (5+ years)
