Through our Above and Beyond Fund, we run programs across health, financial inclusion, education, rights and protection, and individual agency.

About the Role

We are looking for a Project Associate to work closely with the Program Lead and support multiple social impact programs.

This is a hands-on, worker-facing role. You will spend most of your time in our Tiny Centers and visiting the homes of the women and families we work with. You will understand their needs, connect them to the right support, and follow through until there is a meaningful outcome.

The role covers multiple areas including health, rights and entitlements, financial inclusion, education, youth development and individual agency.

What You Will Do

- Conduct home visits and engage directly with workers and their families.
- Understand individual and family needs, plan interventions and follow up to closure.
- Support workers with government documentation, schemes and entitlements.
- Connect families with appropriate legal, counselling and healthcare support.
- Support families through health emergencies, screenings and follow-ups.
- Help workers build savings habits and financial security.
- Support children and young people in accessing scholarships,



education and learning opportunities.
- Design and facilitate workshops on rights, well-being, livelihoods, life skills and career awareness.
- Build relationships with government departments, NGOs, CBOs and businesses.
- Maintain accurate and updated worker and family data.
- Track program activities, prepare data for reviews and reporting, and share field insights to improve programs.
- Take ownership of new projects as they emerge and gradually grow into leading a project end-to-end.

What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in the social sector.
- Background in Law, Social Work, Development or a related field.
- Comfortable working extensively in the field, including homes and community spaces.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of Marathi, Hindi and English.
- Someone who is comfortable taking initiative, learning on the go and taking ownership of new projects.
