Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and manage multiple projects/programs, ensuring successful delivery aligned with organizational goals. The role requires strong stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to drive execution with a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, goals, budgets, and resource allocation
- Change Control Management
- Stakeholder Identification
- Risk & Issue Management
- Communication Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Marketing, Operations, etc.) to align strategies and drive initiatives
- Provide strategic direction and insights to stakeholders and team members
- Track and monitor project performance across time, cost, and quality parameters
- Conduct regular status meetings and ensure progress visibility
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for clients and stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all project stakeholders

Secondary Responsibilities

- Stay updated with customer industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
- Mentor and guide team members/developers to enhance performance and problem-solving capabilities
- Oversee and manage all phases of project lifecycle to ensure timely delivery
- Participate in interview panels and play a key role in hiring decisions

Tools & Technical Expectations

- Hands-on experience with JIRA (including automation workflows)
- Solid proficiency in Excel (data analysis, reporting, dashboards)




- Experience in creating and managing dashboards and reports for project tracking and decision-making

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (MBA or equivalent is a plus)
- 5+ years of experience in Program/Project Management or related roles
