As a Program Specialist I here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of various CCC Projects to ensure they meet organizational goals and deliver value. You will play a key role in assisting project management activities, tracking progress and facilitating communication among stakeholders. You will play a key role in coordination with CIC leads for successful project testing (FATs) & taking care of shipment & dispatches from Honeywell, Factory.
You will report directly to our Program Manager and you ll work out of our Pune, India location on an On-site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the successful delivery and administration of programs that drive business objectives and enhance operational efficiency within the organization.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Experience in program coordination or related roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in program tracking tools and reporting software.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
WE VALUE
- Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in program support or administration.
- Good analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to adapt to a agile work environment and manage multiple priorities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist in the planning and execution of program activities to meet defined objectives.
- Track program progress, prepare reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
