Kob Purpose:

Drive MarTech orchestration by integrating CDPs, CRM systems, and data pipelines to enable real-time, actionable customer intelligence. Leverage behavioral, transactional, and unstructured data to power personalized campaigns and strategic insights. Collaborate with data, tech, and business teams, while leading cross-functional initiatives to build scalable capabilities, enhance decision-making, and accelerate data-driven business growth.

Key Deliverables:

MarTech Orchestration:

- Oversee the seamless integration of CDPs (e.g., Adobe, Notify Visitors, CleverTap) with CRM systems (Zoho, LSQ) and internal data pipelines to guarantee real-time, actionable user intelligence.
- Has experience running campaigns using events(behavioural data), and combining intelligence from transactional data and unstructured data.

Data-Driven Strategy:

- Collaborate with data analytics teams to synthesize information from diverse sources into strategic insights.
- Champion data democratization to ensure all business stakeholders have transparent access to critical metrics.




- Knowledge of data modelling techniques and is capable of working with data science teams

Project Leadership:

- Lead agile cross-functional pods (Tech, Product, Marketing) to execute complex campaigns within regulatory frameworks.
- Take ownership of driving business growth by establishing recent operational capabilities and strategic initiatives.

Role Requirements:

1. Experience: 4-6 years in Program Management or Marketing Operations.
2. Tech Stack: Proficiency in CDP tools and their capabilities(any certification preferred), CRM and data systems
3. Domain: Prior experience in Financial Services (Broking or AMC) is a strong plus
