Position Overview

We are looking for a Program Manager who will be responsible for building and managing structured programs across business operations, franchise expansion, and cross-functional teams.

The role will focus on team alignment, organizational matrices, SOPs and documentation, reporting systems, franchise reporting, and execution of franchise/business expansion projects.

The ideal candidate should be highly organized, analytical, proactive, and capable of working across multiple teams to ensure programs are executed effectively and business objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

1. Program & Project Management

- Plan, execute, and monitor strategic business and operational programs.
- Manage end-to-end franchise projects, from planning and setup to execution and performance monitoring.
- Define project objectives, timelines, milestones, KPIs, and ownership.
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Identify operational challenges and drive timely resolution.
- Coordinate multiple teams to ensure smooth project execution

1. Franchise Management & Expansion

- Support the development and execution of franchise expansion projects.
- Build structured processes for franchise onboarding, launch, operations, and performance tracking.
- Develop and maintain franchise reporting systems and dashboards.
- Track franchise-wise KPIs, revenue, fleet performance, utilization, operational performance, and other business metrics.
- Coordinate with franchise partners and internal teams to ensure alignment.
- Identify gaps in franchise operations and drive corrective actions.
- Support new franchise launches and ensure readiness across operations, people, assets, and processes.

1. Team Alignment & Team Matrix





- Build and maintain team structures and responsibility matrices.
- Define roles, responsibilities, ownership, and reporting relationships across teams.
- Create RACI / team responsibility matrices wherever required.
- Ensure transparent ownership of tasks and deliverables.
- Improve communication and alignment between Operations, Sales, Finance, HR, Technology, and other functions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure teams remain aligned with program objectives.

1. Reporting & MIS

- Build and maintain team reporting systems and performance dashboards.
- Establish standardized reporting formats across departments.
- Track team-wise and function-wise KPIs.
- Prepare weekly and monthly management reports.
- Consolidate operational and business data for leadership review.
- Identify trends, gaps, and performance issues through data analysis.
- Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and actionable.

1. SOPs, Policies & Documentation

- Create, standardize, and maintain SOPs, process documents, checklists, and operational guidelines.
- Document workflows and ensure processes are clearly defined.
- Work with functional teams to identify process gaps and improve existing SOPs.
- Ensure teams understand and follow documented processes.
- Maintain proper documentation for new programs, projects, and franchise operations.
- Regularly review and update SOPs based on operational requirements.

1. Process Improvement

- Identify inefficiencies across existing processes and recommend improvements.
- Develop systems and frameworks to improve operational efficiency.
- Standardize processes across teams and franchise locations.
- Monitor implementation and measure the impact of process improvements.
- Drive accountability through clear KPIs, ownership, and reporting mechanisms.

1. Cross-Functional Coordination

- Act as a central point of coordination between different business functions.




- Work closely with Operations, Sales, Finance, HR, Technology, Marketing, and leadership teams.
- Ensure dependencies between teams are identified and managed.
- Follow up on action items and ensure timely closure.
- Escalate critical issues to leadership with clear analysis and recommended solutions.

Candidate Requirements
- MBA / PGDM preferred.
- 2–6 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Business Operations, Management Consulting, Business Strategy, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of project planning, execution, and tracking.
- Experience in building MIS, dashboards, reporting structures, and performance matrices.
- Strong documentation and SOP creation skills.
- Excellent Excel / Google Sheets skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong ownership and follow-through.
- Experience in franchise operations, business expansion, EV, mobility, logistics, or similar industries will be an advantage.
