About The Job:
- Experience: 5-8 years
- As MSL Project SPOC, the candidate will be responsible for project management, technical coordination, deployment, and support of collaboration technologies, including Microsoft Teams, Cisco Video Conferencing, and Audio-Visual (AV) infrastructure.
- The role requires strong customer engagement, vendor coordination, project governance, and collaboration infrastructure management skills to ensure system integrity and maximum availability.
Essential Job Functions:
Project Management
- Lead and coordinate IT AV infrastructure projects, ensuring timely execution and quality deliverables.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects remain within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Create project plans, analyze project progress, and adapt scope and timelines as needed.
- Manage concurrent projects and workstreams simultaneously.
- Monitor resource allocation to streamline project efficiency and maximize deployment outcomes.
- Report project outcomes, risks, and escalations to management as required.
- Review Statements of Work (SOWs) and project contracts to determine delivery timelines and required resources.
- Coordinate all activities associated with timely, accurate, and budget-compliant project completion.
- Utilize Jira dashboards, SharePoint, and project workbooks for project tracking and governance.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Maintain effective communication between project teams, stakeholders, customers, and vendors.
- Schedule and lead project meetings, track actions, and communicate key deliverables.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with business stakeholders and provide regular project status updates.
- Coordinate with customers regarding project changes, delivery schedules, and service expectations.
- Retain ownership for resolving project-related issues and escalations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with a focus on service quality, responsiveness, and problem resolution.
Risk & Governance Management
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Maintain project documentation, timelines, status reports, and deployment records.
- Ensure scope, schedule, cost, and contractual changes are handled according to approved change management procedures.
Audio Visual & Collaboration Technology Deployment
- Install, configure, and maintain AV equipment including projectors, displays, microphones, speakers, and video conferencing systems.
- Support Microsoft Teams Rooms, Cisco Video Conferencing, and collaboration platforms.
- Conduct site supervision, design validation, deployment monitoring, and delivery follow-up for AV and collaboration projects.
- Coordinate deployment, installation, configuration, and commissioning activities.
- Collaborate with IT and Infrastructure teams to integrate AV systems and ensure compatibility.
- Maintain knowledge of technical assets, equipment inventory, and infrastructure conditions.
Operations & Support
- Lead project kickoff meetings for BAU and technology refresh initiatives.
- Coordinate Finance, Procurement, and Accounting teams for CAPEX purchases and equipment acquisition.
- Monitor system performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Implement monitoring processes to ensure systems remain reliable, secure, and compliant with SLAs and governance standards.
- Stay current with emerging collaboration technologies and identify opportunities to enhance business outcomes.
Qualifications:
Required Skills
- 5-8 years of experience in Project Management, Audio Visual Infrastructure, or Collaboration Technologies.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams and Cisco Video Conferencing solutions.
- Knowledge of Audio-Visual deployment, operations, and support.
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
- Experience managing project schedules, risks, budgets, resources,
and stakeholders.
- Strong vendor management and customer engagement experience.
- Experience with Jira, SharePoint, and project tracking tools.
- Knowledge of AV equipment, video conferencing systems, displays, microphones, speakers, and room technologies.
- Experience coordinating infrastructure deployments and technology refresh projects.
- Strong documentation, reporting, and project governance skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical and operational issues.
