Designation: Program Counsellor

Location: Koramangala/Malleshwaram

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Provide career guidance to students on various educational programs and courses offered by the institution.
- Conduct admission counseling sessions with prospective students, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth enrollment process.
- Develop robust relationships with clients through effective communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.

Job Requirements :

- 1-6 years of experience in education counseling or related field (admissions/career counselling).
- Strong knowledge of Kannada language is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with diverse groups of people.
