Job Summary

Responsible for managing facility operations, maintenance, safety, vendor services, and workplace experience to ensure a safe, efficient, and compliant working environment.

Key Requirements

- 10+ years of experience in Facilities Management, Administration or Workplace Services.

- Robust knowledge of building maintenance, safety and compliance requirements.

- Experience managing multiple vendors and service contracts.

- Proven ability to manage budgets and drive cost efficiencies.

- Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and facility management tools/systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day facility operations and maintenance.

- Manage vendors for housekeeping, security, cafeteria, transport and building services.

- Ensure compliance with health, safety and statutory regulations.

- Monitor facility budgets, utility consumption and cost optimization initiatives.

- Coordinate workspace planning, office moves and workplace enhancements.





- Address facility-related issues and ensure timely resolution.

- Lead emergency preparedness, business continuity and sustainability initiatives.

Key Deliverables

- 99%+ facility uptime and uninterrupted workplace services.

- Vendor performance meeting agreed SLAs and KPIs.

- Compliance with all statutory, safety and audit requirements.

- Timely closure of facility service requests and employee concerns.

- Effective budget management with identified cost-saving opportunities.

- Secure, clean, and employee-friendly workplace environment.

- Continuous improvement in workplace experience and operational efficiency.
