About the Role

We manufacture sculptures, idols, 3D murals, stone powders/ FRP/resin products, artworks, decorative installations and customized artistic products.

Our production is largely customized and project-based and also repetitive factory production.

We are looking for a strong, hands-on Production Head who can take an approved design/order and assume complete responsibility for getting it manufactured correctly, at the required quality and within the committed timeline.

Key Responsibilities The candidate will be responsible for:

- End-to-end production from confirmed order to final dispatch/installation.
- Understanding drawings, reference images, dimensions, materials, colours and finishes and converting them into a production plan.
- Preparing order-wise production schedules and ensuring committed delivery dates are achieved.
- Daily allocation and supervision of craftsmen/workshop staff.
- Managing multiple customized orders simultaneously and setting production priorities.
- Supervising processes such as FRP/fibreglass, resin, moulding/casting, fabrication, sanding, painting, finishing, assembly and related work.
- Maintaining strict quality control for dimensions, proportions, symmetry, surface quality, colour and finishing.
- Identifying defects before final completion and controlling rework, rejection, breakage and material wastage.
- Managing workshop manpower, productivity and discipline.
- Ensuring timely availability of raw materials and consumables.
- Coordinating external vendors and outsourced fabrication.
- Supervising final QC, packing, dispatch and installation where required.




- Providing Management with a straightforward daily update on production status, delays, quality issues and decisions required.

Candidate Profile

We are open to candidates from art/sculpture fabrication, FRP/fibreglass, furniture manufacturing, luxury interiors, architectural décor, exhibition/set/prop fabrication, decorative products, metal fabrication or other custom manufacturing environments.

A technical Diploma/Engineering qualification is useful but practical workshop experience is more important than the degree.

The candidate should ideally have experience directly managing craftsmen/workshop workers and should be comfortable spending significant time on the production floor.

Most importantly, we want an ownership mentality. If there is a production problem, the candidate should take responsibility for identifying the cause, getting it corrected and preventing it from recurring rather than simply blaming the worker.

Important for Shortlisting

Please do not send conventional FMCG, pharma, food or automated mass-production factory managers unless they have relevant custom/project-based fabrication experience.

We are not looking for an artist or designer. Creative direction will be provided by us.

We are looking for the person who can become the bridge between Management and the workshop and eventually independently run the entire production operation.
