What we are looking for

Role: Production Support Executive – AWS Infrastructure & Akamai

Experience Range: 4 to 10 Years

Location: Pan India

Must Have:

CDN on Akamai

- Strong hands-on experience with Akamai CDN services including Cloudlet Redirect, caching strategies, cache purge, and redirect management.
- Experience managing Akamai properties, edge configurations, and whitelisting changes.
- Familiarity with CyberArk for secure credential management.
- Proficiency in shell scripting, Linux commands, and Python scripting for automation and support tasks.

AWS Infrastructure
- Experience with AWS services: EC2, EBS, ECS, EKS, RDS, S3, Load Balancer, Elastic Cache, IAM, Route 53, Lambda, Auto Scaling.
- Basic knowledge of IAM roles and cloud security practices.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline.

Monitoring & Ticketing Tools
- Experience with Datadog and Splunk for log analysis and incident insights.
- Working knowledge of AWS CloudWatch monitoring.
- Experience managing ServiceNow (CRQ, Incident, MIM, CTASK, SCTASK) and Jira tickets.
- Strong understanding of SSL certificate management.

Valuable to Have:

- Provide L1.5 support for CDN-related incidents and service requests.




- Manage Akamai configurations including Cloudlet redirects, caching policies, and cache invalidation.
- Handle Akamai property configurations and whitelisting changes.
- Perform troubleshooting using logs and monitoring tools like Datadog and Splunk.
- Execute shell and Python scripts for automation and issue resolution.
- Support SSL certificate management and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with L2/L3 teams for complex issue resolution.
- Manage tickets, incidents, and changes through ServiceNow and Jira.
- Support AWS infrastructure and ensure high availability of CDN-integrated systems.

Essential:
