Production Support Developer .NET / Angular

We are seeking a Production Support Developer with 6 - 8 years of experience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise applications.

The role requires strong hands-on experience with .NET and Angular applications, production incident management, release support, and CI/CD processes.

The successful candidate must be able to investigate complex technical problems, restore services quickly, communicate effectively during incidents, and support customers during U.S. after-hours.

Responsibilities

- Monitor and support business-critical production applications.
- Triage production incidents are based on severity, business impact, and urgency.
- Troubleshoot production issues across .NET, Angular, APIs, and PostgreSQL.
- Provide timely workarounds and permanent fixes to minimize service disruption.
- Analyze logs, stack traces, database queries, alerts, and application performance.
- Identify root causes and deliver workarounds or permanent fixes.
- Manage incidents through resolution and provide clear status updates.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, GitHub workflows,



deployments, and release validation.
- Perform application testing during scheduled releases.
- Document root-cause analyses, support procedures, and known issues.

Required Skills

- 6 - 8 years of application development and production-support experience.
- Strong experience with .NET, C#, ASP.NET Core, Angular, REST APIs, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Experience using ServiceNow or strong willingness to quickly learn ServiceNow
- Robust debugging, SQL, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and handle critical incidents.
- Exceptional organization skills with zeal to establish and improve process

Work Schedule

- Customer support coverage from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM US Central Time (US CST)
- Must be available to provide customer and production support during U.S. after-hours.
- Flexibility adjusting working hours for customer needs, production incidents, and releases.
