Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to manage day-to-day production activities, supervise operators, achieve production targets, and ensure quality and safety standards are followed. The ideal candidate should have positive knowledge of manufacturing processes, manpower handling, and production planning.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and monitor daily production activities as per production targets.
- Supervise operators and production workers on the shop floor.
- Allocate manpower according to production requirements and shift schedules.
- Monitor production output, productivity, and machine utilization.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned time.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments.
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Identify and resolve production-related issues and machine breakdowns.




- Maintain production reports, shift reports, and other required documentation.
- Ensure proper usage of raw materials and minimize production wastage.
- Follow company safety procedures and ensure a safe working environment.
- Train and guide operators on work procedures, safety, and quality requirements.
- Monitor attendance, manpower availability, and shift requirements.
- Support continuous improvement and productivity enhancement activities.

Requirements
- Diploma / ITI / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
- Good knowledge of production processes and shop-floor operations.
- Experience in manpower handling and shift management.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.
- Ability to work in shifts.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
