- Strong hands-on experience with Control-M – Mandatory
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience in Production/Application Support
- Banking domain experience is mandatory
- Good knowledge of ITIL, Incident & Change Management
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, JIRA & Confluence
- Experience working with Windows OS/Servers
- Experience handling international clients
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proactive and ownership-driven approach
- Versatile to work in shifts: 6:30 AM–3:30 PM / 12:00 PM–9:00 PM IST
