Position: Production Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day production activities and ensure smooth shop-floor operations.

- Plan and allocate manpower, machines, and materials as per production requirements.

- Monitor production targets, productivity, quality, and delivery schedules.

- Ensure production is carried out as per SOPs, work instructions, and quality standards.

- Monitor machine utilization and coordinate with the Maintenance team for breakdowns.

- Maintain proper production records, shift reports, and related documentation.

- Identify production issues and take corrective actions to minimize downtime and rejection.

- Ensure proper handling of raw materials, tools, and finished goods.

- Maintain discipline and safety standards on the shop floor.

- Coordinate with PPC, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments.

- Monitor rejection, rework,



and process-related issues and work towards reducing them.

- Ensure 5S and safety practices are followed in the production area.

Candidate Requirements

- Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Mechanical or relevant technical qualification.

- 2–5 years of experience in production supervision in a manufacturing environment.

- Experience in forging, casting, machining, or auto-component manufacturing will be preferred.

- Good knowledge of shop-floor production processes and manpower handling.

- Basic knowledge of production planning, quality, 5S, and safety.

- Ability to manage workers and achieve production targets.

- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
