Role - Production Supervisor (Shop Floor)
Location: Indapur MIDC, Pune
Industry: Heavy & Structural Fabrication
Salary: Up to ₹40,000/month [ FIXED ]
What we're looking for
- Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience in heavy/structural fabrication
- Strong expertise in shop-floor production & fabrication processes
- Proven manpower handling & team supervision skills
- Experience in production planning, scheduling & execution
- Valuable knowledge of fabrication drawings & shop-floor practices
- Ability to coordinate with Quality, Planning & Engineering teams
- Strong focus on quality control & safety compliance
- Excellent leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
