About the Role

Flutter Footwear is looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations at our Mumbai facility. You'll ensure footwear is produced on time, meets quality standards, and that the production floor runs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily footwear manufacturing operations, from raw material intake to finished product
- Monitor production schedules and ensure targets are met without compromising quality
- Conduct quality checks at various production stages and address defects promptly
- Coordinate with the design and merchandising teams on new styles and specifications
- Manage and guide production line workers, ensuring adherence to safety and process standards
- Track inventory of raw materials, components, and finished goods
- Identify bottlenecks in the production process and recommend improvements




- Maintain production records and prepare daily/weekly reports for management
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and quality regulations

Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or production-floor role (footwear, apparel, or retail manufacturing background preferred)
- Strong understanding of manufacturing/production workflows
- Good people-management and communication skills
- Ability to work on the floor and manage a team under production deadlines
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/production tracking tools
- Based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai

Nice to Have
- Prior experience specifically in footwear or leather goods manufacturing
- Familiarity with quality control standards in the footwear industry

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mumbai, Maharashtra (Mumbai, Mumbai District)
