The Production Supervisor ensures smooth execution of production plans and manages manpower and output on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement daily and shift production schedules
- Supervise operators, helpers, and technicians
- Ensure production targets, efficiency, and quality standards are met
- Monitor machine utilization and coordinate maintenance support
- Maintain production reports and shift logs
- Ensure safety compliance and discipline among workers
- Reduce downtime and improve productivity
- Train and guide workers on SOP compliance
- Coordinate with QA/QC and maintenance departments
- Report production performance to senior management
Preferred: Experience in Cosmetics/Pharma. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
