Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Program Management Engineer to manage and drive end-to-end Defence and Aerospace programs. The role will involve project planning, execution, cross-functional coordination, stakeholder management, risk management, manufacturing coordination, and ensuring timely delivery of projects within defined cost, quality, and schedule parameters.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end execution of Defence and Aerospace projects/programs.
- Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Ensure projects are delivered within defined timelines, budgets, and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Production teams.
- Track project progress, identify risks and bottlenecks, and implement mitigation plans.
- Monitor critical paths, project costs, schedules, and overall program performance.
- Interface with customers, OEMs, defence agencies, and government authorities.




- Manage contractual deliverables and customer expectations.
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, management reviews, and presentations.
- Monitor manufacturing progress, material availability, procurement, and vendor performance.
- Support FAT, SAT, field trials, validation, qualification, and customer acceptance activities.
- Maintain project documentation, risk registers, action trackers, and milestone reports.
- Present project health and performance updates to senior management and customers.
