Required Candidate ProfileExperience: 3 to 6 years of solid apparel production merchandising or quality control experience working within structured export houses, manufacturing units, or apparel buying offices in Gujarat (experience with brands like Arvind, Welspun, or similar mid-tier export setups is a massive plus).

Product Expertise: Dual expertise in handling both Circular Knits (fleece hoodies, jersey t-shirts) and Wovens (shirts, light pants, sleepwear, basic kidswear). The candidate must understand different sewing machine requirements, needle sizes, and tension settings for both fabric families.

Technical Knowledge: Thorough understanding of fabric structures, GSM tolerances, shrinkage control, pattern grading, and AQL-based inspection methodologies.

Communication & Hustle: Solid verbal command of Gujarati and Hindi to effectively negotiate, manage, and push timeline deadlines with local factory masters and job-work labor.



Professional written English capabilities are mandatory for daily remote digital reporting and Tech Pack comprehension.

Self-Starter Mindset: Proven ability to work autonomously from home or a co-working space without constant on-site supervision. Must own a reliable laptop, smartphone, and smartphone camera for capturing crisp, microscopic manufacturing/sampling review images and video links for head office approvals.
