Production planning, MRP, manpower & material scheduling for BESS battery pack/module lines. Track WIP, OEE, bottlenecks, and inventory and coordinate with Production, Quality, Engineering & Procurement.

Required Candidate profile

B.E./B.Tech with 3–5 yrs in BESS/EV battery manufacturing. Expertise in SAP/ERP, advanced Excel, MRP, BOM, production planning, inventory, OEE, Lean, Kanban & 5S.
