Two posts, Chh.Sambhajinagar ( Chikalthana and Shendra based)

DiplomaDegree in Electrical Mechanical l Engineering with 5 years experience in developing, coordinating, and monitoring production plans.

Key responsibilities

Prepare daily, weekly monthly scheduling.

Develop production schedules .

Monitor production progress and revise schedules to address changes in demand or operational constraints.

Analyze production capacity and recommend improvements to maximize equipment utilization and productivity

Closely monitor production performance Vs planned targets and prepare reports highlighting variances and corrective actions.

Maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize stock shortages .

Essential skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP .





Solid analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Shop floor activities connected with procurement and follow up .

Ready to work in shift if required. Living closed by will given preference. Upto Rs. 4.00 Lakh CTC

Preferred candidate profile

Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.

Knowledge of capacity planning, demand forecasting, and material requirement planning (MRP).

Data analysis and reporting skills using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
