About the Role

Nudge Asia is looking for a hands-on Operations & Production Manager who can take an idea from a design file to flawless on-ground execution.

You will manage end-to-end production and operations across events, brand activations, retail installations, pop-ups, exhibitions and experiential projects across India.

What You’ll Own

- End-to-End Production: From recce and measurements to fabrication, installation, execution and dismantling.
- Fabrication: Strong understanding of carpentry, metal, acrylic, printing, signage, lighting, AV, materials and finishes.
- Events & Activations: Manage venues, vendors, manpower, logistics, technical requirements and complete on-ground execution.
- Retail Production: Execute POSM, kiosks, shop-in-shops, displays, pop-ups, window displays and permanent/semi-permanent installations.
- Vendor Management: Source, negotiate and manage fabricators, printers, AV teams, logistics partners and specialist vendors across India.
- BOQs & Costing: Prepare BOQs, vendor comparisons, production estimates and project budgets while constantly finding smarter ways to optimise costs.
- Quality Control: Ensure everything produced matches approved designs, dimensions, materials and finishing standards.
- Timelines:



Build production schedules and ensure every deadline is met — including those very real last-minute event deadlines.
- Team Management: Lead internal operations teams, vendors, technicians and on-ground manpower across simultaneous projects.
- Problem Solving: Anticipate production challenges and find solutions quickly without compromising the creative idea.

Who We’re Looking For

- 5–8+ years of relevant experience in event production, experiential agencies, retail production or fabrication.
- Strong technical understanding of how things are actually built, not just how projects are coordinated.
- Experience handling both large-format events and scalable retail rollouts.
- Ability to understand 2D drawings, 3D renders, technical drawings and BOQs.
- Strong vendor network across Delhi NCR and preferably other key Indian cities.
- Excellent negotiation, budgeting and project-management skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willing to travel across India and work on-site when required.

The Nudge Person

We need someone who can be in a client meeting in the morning, at the fabrication unit in the afternoon and at an event site at midnight — and be equally comfortable at all three.
